Born Betty Lentz in Cumberland, Kentucky, January 24, 1931, she is the daughter of Carl N. and Vera (Hogg) Lentz. Dr. Siegel is currently (2007) President Emeritus and Distinguished Chair of Leadership, Ethics & Character at Kennesaw State University.
