nihongo|Itakura|板倉町|Itakura-machi is a town located in Oura District, Gunma, Japan. The town lies in the southeastern extremity of Gunma, and is bordered on the north by Tochigi, the east by Ibaraki, and the south by Saitama. The town is served by the Tobu Nikko train line at Itakura Toyodaimae station.

Itakura's main agricultural products are rice and cucumbers, though many other crops are grown locally.

Itakura's animal mascot is the catfish. It is represented in a bronze statue at Raiden Shrine, as an omikoshi in Itakura's summer festival, and also is emblazoned on the town's manhole covers. Itakura is one of the few places in Japan where catfish is eaten, and it boasts two restaurants specializing in catfish dishes.

As of September 1, 2007, the town has an estimated population of 15,895 and a density of 379.90 persons per km². The total area is 41.84 km².
