American Federation of Motorcyclists

The American Federation of Motorcyclists (AFM) is the oldest road racing club in the United States. Based in California, the AFM offers many ways to enjoy motorcycle racing. One can watch the action as a spectator or participate in races. To get the closest to the action, members can receive training and take part as a turnworker on the course.
Multiple world champions from historical MotoGP ranks have spent time training with the club working their way up to the International spotlight. The seasonally mild weather and multi-disciplinary riding opportunities in the area show consistent promise in developing world-class roadracing stars.
Every season, seven to nine racing events are held on some of the multiple racetracks in California. Currently, the club races at

*Buttonwillow Raceway.
