"Ethics & International Affairs Journal" is an international relations journal that is published by Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. It was first published in 1987. Topics covered in the journal range from global justice, democratization, international law, to human rights issues and women's rights. The journal is intended for everyone especially, scholars, students, and policy analysts. The journal seeks to answer the moral dimensions of global issues. The current editor-in-chief is Joel H. Rosenthal, who is also the President of the Carnegie Council. The editor is John Tessitore and the associate editor is Evalyn Tennant.

The journal is published for the society by Blackwell Publishers, and is available print and online.
