Jason Pociask [IPA|, POE-zee-ack] (born February 9, 1983 in city-state|Plainfield|Indiana) is an American football tight end who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the New York Jets in the fifth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Wisconsin.

Pociask has also been a member of the New England Patriots.
