Makedonska Kamenica (Macedonian: Македонска Каменица [maˈkɛdɔnska kaˈmɛnitsa] ( listen)) is a city in the north-east of the Republic of Macedonia. It has 8,110 inhabitants, the majority of whom are ethnic Macedonians. The town is the seat of Makedonska Kamenica Municipality.
