It is the second-oldest law journal at the University of North Carolina behind the school's Law Review.
Journal Symposiums
The Journal publishes four issues each year that include writings from academics, professionals, and students. For the last eight years, the Journal has also sponsored a symposium dealing with various issues affecting international law. Its most recent symposium, held in November 2007, involved a discussion of the controversial practice of extraordinary rendition.
