Heighington, Lincolnshire

Heighington is a village, located four miles south-east of Lincoln, England in the district of North Kesteven. It adjoins to the south of Washingborough.

The village has many Grade 2 listed buildings. Parts of the village lie within a conservation area. The Peterborough to Lincoln Line passes through the west of the village. The parish church is dedicated to St Thomas. The village pubs are the " [http://www.bateman.co.uk/tenancy/butcher_and_beast.htm Butcher and Beast] " and "Turks Head" on "High Street".
