AALBC.com

AALBC (the African American Literature Book Club) is a web site which is a source of information on books by and about African-American authors, including book recommendations, on-line discussion boards, writer's resources, articles, and critical reviews of books.

Launched in 1998, AALBC was founded and is run by Troy Johnson. In addition to his AALBC work, Johnson is the book editor for Harlem World magazine and serves or has served as board member or advisor for the the Literary Freedom Project, the Harlem Book Fair, and New York is Book Country.
