Romeo Constantin Surdu (born 12 January 1984 in Râşnov, Braşov county) is a Romanian footballer currently under contract with Steaua Bucureşti.

Club career

*Surdu began his football career at FC Braşov, where he became a very good player. During the summer of 2005 he was traded to CFR Cluj for 200,000 Euro.
*Surdu played for the Romanian national junior teams, as well as the national Under-21 team. In 2006, he was monitored by such clubs as Rosenborg.
*He was named Young Talent of the year in Cluj-Napoca in 2006.
