- Jessica Wallack
Jessica Wallack is an Assistant Professor at the
Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at theUniversity of California, San Diego . Wallack's research interests are split between Latin America and India. She recently co-edited "Federalism and Economic Reform: International Perspectives". Wallack currently coauthors a bi-weekly column in theFinancial Express withNand Kishore Singh , a former member of thePlanning Commission of India . She also has served since March 2006 as an Advisory Board Member of theWilderhill Global Clean Energy Index (NEX). Wallack served as a consultant to theAsian Development Bank in 2002, was an employee of theInter-American Development Bank in 1998 and 1999, and in 1997 and 1998 Wallack worked at theWorld Bank as a researcher forJoseph Stiglitz during Stiglitz's tenure asWorld Bank Chief Economist . Wallack earned aB.A. atHarvard University inGovernment , and aPh.D. at theStanford University Graduate School of Business in Political Economics.Partial bibliography
