Blackpool Border Crossing

Blackpool Border Crossing

The Blackpool Border Crossing is located in St-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Quebec at the intersection of Autoroute 15 and Interstate 87. On the Canadian side it is locally known as the Lacolle border crossing and on the American side it is referred to as the Champlain crossing. The Blackpool Border Crossing is one of the largest crossings in Canada, and the largest in Quebec. It has the distinction in Eastern North America of being one of the only large Canada-U.S. crossings that is not going over a body of water. This has allowed for the expansion of the buildings and facilities in recent years.
