The term paradidymis (organ of Giraldés [WhoNamedIt|synd|1375] ) is applied to a small collection of convoluted tubules, situated in front of the lower part of the cord above the head of theepididymis .These tubes are lined with
columnar ciliated epithelium , and probably represent the remains of a part of theWolffian body . With other words remains of the regressingmesonephric ducts , theWolffian body will together with theMüllerian body (paramesonephros ) form the basic plan of the sexual duct system of males and females.References
