He played for the British Columbia Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL), where he spent two years, and for the Washington Redskins from 2007–2010. He was a member of the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2011 offseason. He played college football for Northwood University. Wilson was part of BC's defensive line in their 2006 Grey Cup victory.

Washington Redskins
On January 3, 2007, Wilson signed with the Washington Redskins of the National Football League for a reported three-year contract.
In the 2007 season, he ended up with 13 tackles and four sacks.
Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Wilson on August 8, 2011. He was released during final cuts on September 2.
