Randy Rampage

Randy Rampage (Real name: Randall Archibald) is a founding member & bass player of the Canadian hardcore band D.O.A.. Seminal early punk recordings are with drummer Chuck Biscuits and vocalist/guitarist Joe Shithead in Something Better Change and with the same lineup plus guitarist Dave Gregg in Hardcore 81. Over 20 LPs and EPs combined in the D.O.A. 30 year history feature the talents of Randy Rampage. He has also been in and out of the lineup but active with D.O.A. for the last four years culminating with a Bob Rock produced new album called Northern Avenger.

Randy Rampage has appeared again now as the vocalist for the Canadian speed metal/thrash metal band Annihilator, which he recorded one album in 1989, called Alice in Hell, leaving the band after the tour. In 1999 he returned to the band and recorded one more album called Criteria for a Black Widow and left the band again. In 2002, he rejoined D.O.A. for their Win the Battle album, but the reunion did not last.

Randy Rampage has also been the front man of metal band Stress Factor 9 along with Annihilator drummer Ray Hartmann, guitarist Francis Frightful of Singapore band Opposition Party, guitarist Kick of Vertical After, and bass player Duane Chaos of 22nd Century.
