Episode 41: Deadline to Danger: A water bomb accidentally landed on Earth and is planned to explode at any minute! Astro Boy can keep a secret, if he didn't get in Snoopy Scoop's way!

Episode 42: Isle of Mystery: In the beginning of the episode, we see a book, containing information about a group of islands known as the Boolaboo Islands. On one the islands is the mysterious stone statues. Meanwhile, Moe Mole was kidnapped by Corny J. Sneer, 2nd in command of Nikoteen's gang.

Episode 43: Ditto: Prince Upley plans to overthrow the robot president of Goshen. Will Astro Boy save Ditto from Prince Upley?

Episode 44: Cleopatra Part 1: Heart of Cleopatra: Has Cleopatra been brought back to life? Or is she a robot?

Episode 51: Jimbo the Great: Astro Boy meets an orphan elephant named Jimbo. Dr. Elefun meets a robot rabbit named Rabbi. Both of them will encounter a rampaging robot elephant, who's on the loose in darkest Africa!

Episode 52: Snow Lion: Christmas Eve, a time of giving, a time of happiness, and a time of... Evil snow?! Will Astro Boy save the world from a Snow Wizard and his snow lion?

Episode 53: Dogma Palace: When King El Dupey brings terror at Anthillia, it's up to Astro Boy, along with Ronald and his brother Donald to save the day!

Episode 54: The Man-Made Iceburg: This episode begins when Astro Boy was on his way home from the World Robot Congress. He noticed that an iceburg was moving fast, then he discovered that the iceburg is warmer. Astro Boy meets Dr. Harold Hart, a young scientist from Icelandia who happened to be the inventor of the artificial iceburg and an invention called the artificial fireball. They are unaware that Willy and Nilly are spying on them. The two men reported to their boss Doc Cheddar, who plans to steal the artificial fireball from Dr. Hart and bring warmth to Icelandia. Doc Cheddar paid Willy and Nilly $10,000 and visited King Feebo, ruler of Icelandia. He lied to the king that he was the one who invented the artificial fireball and will bring it to Icelandia under one condition: Doc Cheddar wants to marry King Feebo's daughter, Rosanna. King Feebo would rather refused but the big cheese forced him to agree.

Episode 55: Vampire Vale: One night, two travelers by the names of Tick and Tock were lost in the high mountains of Europe. The only stuff that Tock brought were a bunch of comic books, chewing gum and no map! They come upon a deserted town called Transmellvania, with windows covered with crosses and garlics. Little did the two friends knew that they were attacked by an evil man named Ray Sergum. Only Tock escaped but Tick disappeared with Ray Sergum. Could this be that the man is a vampire? The answer...YES! Mr. Pompous and our robot hero, Astro Boy later showed up and with Tock, they insvistigate the entire castle and found nothing but a picture of Dr. Elefun and Ray Sergum.

Episode 56: The Terrible Tidal Wave: Meet the Pog Family. Not only they are Astro Boy's new nieghboors, they're actually fugitives from an island of terrible Tsunamis and slavery!

Episode 57: The Viking King (AKA Vikings): There's one way to stop Long John Floater's rampage and it's going make his good ship Lolly Pop! Get it? Lolly? Pop? It's a pun!

Episode 58: The Devil Doll: Has Klaus created a monster or is it controlling by itself?

Episode 59: Dinosaur Dilemma: It's a dilemma alright! At a dinosaur amusement park that is!

Episode 60: The Clock Tower Mystery: Who will win this mystery? Dr. Temp? Astro Boy? All clues are in the episode!

Episode 61: The Flower Monster: The rare Galaxia is a flower, a talking flower monster! Looks like Astro Boy needs to retrieve it for Dr. Eubank!

Episode 71: A Mighty Minute: The small mutant animal known as a minute has psychic powers, but his owner jealously guards the clever beast refusing to let Astro Boy and Dr Elefun use his gifts to help mankind.

Episode 72: The Dream Machine: Astro Boy's a test subject of Dr. Blinken's dream Machine. Does it have to do with robots having dreams?

Episode 73: The Robot Olympics: A competition held at The World Robotic Olympics and he met a rival named Humbug #1.

Episode 74: Dunder, Bird of Doom: Why is Dunder on a bird-brained rampage? And why Astro Girl learning to fly?

Episode 75: Dolphins in Distress: When Finny is kidnapped by Dr. Heel, a war is going on between the dolphin people and the humans!

Episode 76: The Mad Beltway: When a beltway was built, it goes mad and dozens of accidents occur!

Episode 77: The Terrible Time Gun: Is Dr. Tempo nuts or does he have plans getting revenge on Dr. Elefun?

Episode 78: The Space Princess: One night, a hunter who is hunting for animals tells a story to Astro Boy about an eerie ghost at Witch Head Mountain. Is it an eerie ghost? No, It was a space princess named Luna Luna and her brother Dodo. While going to Witch Head Mountain, Astro Boy encountered a giant robot and was able to take him down. Inside Witch Head Mountain, he meets Luna Luna and became friends with her. Outside Witch Head Mountain, Dodo was getting some water for his sister, only to be brainwashed by the villainous hunter Villainous and became his henchman. Just when Dodo was about to capture his sister, Astro Boy was able to hold him off.

Episode 79: Mighty Microbe Army: An astronaut falls ill shortly after returning to earth. He is infected by intelligent microbes who are actually an extraterrestrial army waiting for their chance to invade and conquer earth. Astro Boy and Mr. Pompous must shrink to microbe size to save earth, but will they be able to succeed?

Episode 80: Horrible King Horrid: At the beginning of the episode, two men escorted Dr. Elefun to the plane. Dr. Elefun went to the association of Science to fix a robot named King Horrid. While Dr. Elefun was pursuted by some of Horrid's men, Astro Boy meets W. C. Faucet, head of the robot rebellion against Horrid, but were captured by Horrid's army. At a robot tournament, Dr. Elefun disguised himself as a competitor, only to encounter a robot lion. Just when Dr. Elefun thought that the robot lion was about to eat him, the robot lion asked Dr. Elefun instead of eatting him up. When Dr. Elefun told the robot lion that Horrid is a robot, the robot animals were about to gang up on him, but Horrid got away. While the robot lion told a robot bird to take Dr. Elefun to Horrid's headquarters, Astro Boy, Mr. Faucet and the others were taken prisoner and were about to be slaves to Horrid. Dr. Elefun rescued Astro Boy in the nick of time and gave him some jet fuel. Astro Boy was able to destroyed the machine while the others went after Horrid's gang. Astro Boy defeated Horrid and when Horrid's real inventor told him that Horrid didn't mean any harm, Astro Boy decided not to destroy Horrid, but to take him to the institute of science to make a new Horrid out of King Horrid.

Episode 81: Mystery of Amless Dam: This episode begins at the town called Amless. The news flash started when a robot kid named Peewee went to play with his friend, a human boy named Little Tommy. But when Tommy refuse to share his doll, Peewee pushes him, then apologizes. When Tommy's dad, Big Tom, saw what happened, he was so mad, chaos ensues throughout Amless, then a war between robots and humans began.

Episode 82: Galon from Galaxy: Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Galon! Galon's back with a vengeance and there's a duel going on between him and our hero Astro Boy!

Episode 83: The Three Robotiers: When a great space sickness struck a major spacepost, it's up to Astro Boy, along with Un, Duex and Troix, to deliver the serum from the space pirates!

Episode 84: Brother Jetto: Astro Boy's brother Jetto, makes his first appearance in this episode! However he is clumbsy and gets himself into mischief!

Episode 85: Angel in the Alps: When Dr. Angus Muse makes no contact of Robots and Machines because Angelica's parent's death, Astro Boy disguises as a human to change his mind!

Episode 86: Magic Punch Card: When two doctors argue at each other, a punch card was invented to be more deadly than ever!

Episode 87: The Great Rocket Robbery: When the gold is stolen by Future, it's up to himself with Astro Boy to return it!

Episode 88: Contest in Space: It's Astro Boy and Mr. Scrap, versus Alphetia and Omegum in this great space race!

Episode 89: Gift of Zeo: Is Zeo a good guy or a bad guy? Everyone might know or not know!

Episode 90: A Deep Deep Secret: At the underground world, The nation of Terra Firma and their leader, Queen Itchy Beller bids Columboo farewell. Columboo told Terra Firma that he's going to explore the new world, but Another nation called Poi Poi, with their leader the Green Queen, and Stormy Night laughed and ridiculed at them. They know that there's no new world, and there's nothing but rocks. Terra Firma (especially Queen Itchy Beller) knew that Columboo is their only hope. While Poi Poi laughed at Terra Firma, Columboo and a group of Queen Beller's soldiers traveled to the new world. For 101 days, they were very exhausted until they found the surface and met Jetto, Astro Boy's brother. They took Jetto as if they thought he's a native and journeyed back to Terra Firma.

Episode 91: A Wonderful XMAS Present: Merry Christmas! Astro Boy must save a boy ina robot house from thieves and bandits to make his Christmas wish come true!

Episode 92: Uncharted World: When prankster Prince Priceless escapes to a parallel world, Astro Boy must find him before he kills himself!

Episode 93: Jungle Mystery: When Astro Girl's a stunt robot for Starzi, Reeba, a 30,000 queen of the jungle, kidnaps her!

Episode 94: The Terrible Spacemen: When spacemen attacked Planet Earth, Astro Boy and a group of robot detectives must stop them!

Episode 95: The Mighty Mite from Ursa Minor: A boy from Outer Space was discovered by Cacciatorri the wrestling manager. Is this boy human?

Episode 96: General Astro: When Patch knocked out Astro Boy with an iota gun, he loses his memory and fights against a cruel dictator.

Episode 97: Mystery of the Metal Men: When Astro Boy was in a parallel world, he meets Dr. Elefun, Mr. Pompous, Dr. Boytonn, and Aster Boytonn. Aster's alive?!

Episode 98: Super Human Beings: If you think that Marvel Heroes are cool, get a load of these guys in this episode!

Episode 99: Phoniex Bird: Astro Boy and his family discovered a mysterious egg. What kind of egg is it?

Episode 100: Menace from Mecury: It's double trouble for Astro Boy when he lost his sight during an accident and Hector steals some of his parts!

Episode 101: Dangerous Mission: This episode begins when a representative of Halava tells the World Peace League that his country resigned from the league and will have nothing more to do with it. The whole world was shocked. Meanwhile, Dr. Elefun asks Mr. Pompous and Astro Boy to go to Halava on a dangerous mission. A prissy scientist named Dr. Quad was also called in. Astro Boy, Dr. Quad, and Mr. Pompous were able to get to Halava when they were encountered by a boy named Bobka. Bobka tells the trio that he is fighting the world because of the deaths of his parents. So, he joined the group. Meanwhile, A dictator named Ahmud and his men wrongfully accused a woman who is hanging her clothes to dry and arrested her.

Episode 102: Planet 13: All its description will be revealed.

Episode 103: Prisoners in Space: Astro Boy and Dr. Elefun were kidnapped and held hostage by Dr. Sowbelly. How will they escape?

Episode 104: Double Trouble: When a miniature ambassador arrives from Ursa Minute, he and the other people are causing double trouble for Earth!

Episode 193: World's Greatest Adventure: The Final Episode. Astro Boy's not done yet, there's one villain left and there's one adventure to go! At the end of the episode, Astro Boy dies while moving a rocket into the sun, ending this animated series. However, the story continues in some of Tezuka's manga.

Deleted scenes

The following deleted scenes were not shown on TV in the USA, but only on DVD. Here are the following deleted scenes.

Episode 1- When Dr. Elefun told Caccitore that lots of things happened while he was sleeping, the doctor turns on the TV. The robots knew that they were free. Speeches from all over the world were on the TV. Elefun turned the TV off.

Episode 2- After Astro Boy arrived on a ship, Colosso has torture weapons in his eyes and he and Astro Boy begin to battle.

Episode 4- When Ali Baba suspects that Astro Boy's got 1000x hearing, he breaks the fourth wall by telling the viewers to mute the volume of the TV. After the conversation, Ali Baba's men hold a sign saying "You can turn the volume back on." The TV breaks down, and Ali Baba's men were embarrassed and saying "Get a better TV, will you?!"
