Description
Sulphur Springs boundaries include Rowlett Park to the east, Florida Avenue to the west, Busch Blvd. to the north, and the Hillsborough River to the south [http://www.theplanningcommission.org/tampa/tampaplanningprojects/tampaneighborhood/A%20Possible%20Neighborhod%20Strategy.pdf] . The neighborhood is well known for the Sulphur Springs Water Tower, which was built in 1927. The community was annexed into Tampa in 1953.
