Madhu Sapre (born July 14, 1971;Marathi - मधु सप्रे) is an Indian supermodel from the state of Maharashtra.

Career

She represented her country at the 1992 Miss Universe pageant, where she finished third (2nd runner up).

Tuff Controversy

During her career, Madhu and fellow supermodel and then lover Milind Soman shot an extremely steamy print ad for Tuff Shoes. The ad featured both of them wearing just a pair of Tuff shoes and a python covering their private parts. The ad didn't go down well with the religious groups and a lawsuit was filed on them. Recently, the lawsuit was dropped.

Personal life

She still does the odd appearance on the ramp in India. Currently Madhu jets between Italy and India.
