"Tin Omen" is a single by the band Skinny Puppy, taken from their 1989 album Rabies. The song name is a reference to the 1989 Tiananmen uprising and massacre in China. The song also refers to the tumultuous years around 1968 where there were uprisings around the world and the Kent State uprising and massacre in the United States.
