Rosario-Córdoba Highway

Rosario-Córdoba Highway

The Rosario–Córdoba Highway is a highway under construction in the central region of Argentina, which will link the second- and third-largest cities in the country (Córdoba and Rosario, respectively). Besides these, it will pass by the cities of Carcarañá (Santa Fe Province), Marcos Juárez, and Villa María (Córdoba Province).

The route is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2008. It will have a total length of 379 km and an estimated cost of 1,600 million USD. As of 2006, only the first few kilometers on each end of the highway have been built, but bids for several segments have been already won by private contractors.
