Kongu Arts and Science College

The Kongu Arts and Science College is an arts college in Nanjanapuram, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. It was founded in 1994. This college belongs to the Kongu Vellalar Institute of Technology Trust, which also includes Kongu Engineering College, Kongu Polytechnic College, Kongu Industrial Training Center, and the Kongu National Matriculation School.

The Kongu Arts and Science College is a leading educational institution in Erode, offering a variety of Programmes in the Arts & Science stream. It is a co-educational institution affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and is run by The Kongu Vellalar Institute of Technology Trust, Perundurai. The Trust has secured the approval of the Government of Tamilnadu and of the Bharathiar University. The Professional Courses offered by this institution have been approved by the AICTE ( All India Council for Technical Education ). The college is functioning in an area of 16.74 acres with a total student strength of around 2400 and staff strength of around 145. The college has got excellent infrastructure and other features to cater the needs of the student community.
