Faunts is an Indie rock band from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, formed in the fall of 2000 by two brothers, Steve and Tim Batke. Their 2005 album High Expectations/Low Results was well-received by Allmusic [http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:f8ngtq6zcu44] . Their most recent project, a 40-minute EP titled M4, grew out of creating music for a short film. [http://www.vueweekly.com/articles/default.aspx?i=4785] . A track from M4 was featured at the end credits of Bioware's 2007 RPG, Mass Effect.
