There are two Easter eggs on "Rush in Rio":
The first is the cartoon that runs during "By-Tor and the Snow Dog," part of the encore medley. To watch it, play the "Boys in Brazil" documentary from disc two. Push Enter on your remote when Alex Lifeson discusses the song "By-Tor and the Snowdog" at 26:40.
The second is a video of Rush playing "Anthem" from 1975. To watch it, go to the Main Menu of disc 2, and play video clip #2 (O Baterista). Return to the menu after it starts, and select video clip #1 (YYZ). Return to the menu again, and select YYZ once more. Go back to the menu and select O Baterista again, then return to the menu for the last time, and "Anthem 1975" will appear. (The combination of choices--2nd, 1st, 1st, 2nd--spells out the name of the album "2112".)

*At this concert, Rush played to its second largest crowd as a headliner (40,000). Their largest crowd was the previous night (60,000), in São Paulo.
*It is also noted that this show was recorded without either a sound or video check, as the crew had such a hard time driving from Sao Paulo to Rio De Janeiro that they were hours late when they finally arrived, and by the time they finally had everything set up, the crowd was filing in.
*After this show, Neil's rotating drum riser was destroyed when it was being removed from the stadium by a flat-bed truck whose driver miscalculated the height of the exit.
*The Vapor Trails carpet that was on the stage was left behind after it got so soaked with rain water it could not fly back with the rest of the equipment. It was later sold oneBay to a fan in Connecticut.
