Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from theUniversity of Michigan in 1927. He received his law degree fromMarquette University Law School in 1931 and practiced law in Milwaukee. Wasielewski was elected as a Democrat to the House of Representatives in 1940, but lost the Democratic nomination in 1946 toEdmund Bobrowicz . He then ran unsuccessfully for his seat as an Independent. Wasielewski then retired to private life and practiced law until his death in 1976.
