Kincasslagh (official name: Cionn Caslach; Ceann Caslach locally, meaning "The head of the small inlet.".) [ [http://www.commissioner.ie/downloads/An_tOrdu_Logainmneacha_(Ceantair_Ghaeltachta)_2004.pdf Placenames (Ceantair Ghaeltachta) Order 2004] .] is a small seaside village in The Rosses, in northwest Ireland, consisting of a pub, an art gallery, a shop and post office.

Notable for being the home of the famous Donegal folk singer Daniel O'Donnell, the village's only pub is called Iggy's Bar and is one of the few traditional pubs left in modern Ireland. The village's shop, called The Cope, is part of a co-operative retail chain indigenous to the area.

Transport

Kincasslagh Road railway station was open from 1913 until 1940 when the Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway closed the line due to financial difficulties.

* The village also has a solitary phone box but it is rarely used, given Irelands high mobile phone ownership rate.
