Robert James Eaton (born February, 1940 in Buena Vista,
Colorado ) is a U.S.automobile businessman.He grew up in Arkansas City,
Kansas . He graduated with a B.S. degree inmechanical engineering from theUniversity of Kansas in 1963. He was in theKappa Sigma Fraternity .He was the
Chairman and CEO ofChrysler Corporation from 1993 until 1998. In that position, he was responsible for the sale of Chrysler Corporation to Daimler-Benz which formed DaimlerChrysler [cite web|title=Robert J.
