Marathwada Institute of Technology (MIT), is one of the technical institute of Gramodyogik Shikshan Mandal (GSM) and is located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. Admission to the undergraduate courses is through the Maharashtra-Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) for the state allocated seats (65%) and through the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) for the all-India seats.

Accolades

MIT is a part of National Knowledge Network ( N K N ), Govt of India and also the first academic institution in India who has got empaneled as an ESCO (Energy Service Company) approved by Bureau of Energy Efficiency under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. In January 2010 MIT stood first at Baja SAEIndia 2010 National Competition held at Pithampura, Indore (M.P.)
