Fast Show " and for writing a number of books including the international best seller "Does My Bum Look Big In This?" (a catchphrase of one of her characters in the show). She is also well known for her books "Onwards and Upwards" and "Stupid Cupid" for which she also wrote the screenplay now owned by Working Title. Arabella has also written for The Independent magazine, which is included with the Saturday edition and the Guardian newspaper and Weekend magazine. She continues to contribute regularly to both newspapers.Weir was a backing singer for a period in an early band, Bazooka Joe, which featured one Stuart Goddard, better known later on in his career as
Adam Ant , starred in the 2003 comedy series "Posh Nosh ", which she also co-wrote withJon Canter . She also contributes to the popularBBC2 comedy series, "Grumpy Old Women ".She made regular appearances in the
