Charles-Édouard Coridon

Charles-Édouard Coridon (born 9 April 1973 in Martinique) is a French-Martiniquais football midfielder. He represented the Martinique national football team at the 1993 and 2003 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

He is best remembered for scoring a spectacular back heel overhead kick [1] in the UEFA Champions League for Paris Saint-Germain against FC Porto from 2004. The goal was fourth-placed in a countdown of the top Champions League goals of all time by ITV Sport.

He was reported to have turned down France. He said France has 'enough top-quality' players and he would not be needed.
