Perrin's cave beetle is an extinct freshwater beetle from France.IUCN2006|assessors=World Conservation Monitoring Centre|year=1996|id=20207|title=Siettitia balsetensis|downloaded=28 October 2006 Listed as Extinct (EX)] It and "Siettitia ayenionensis" are the only two species in the genus "Siettitia".

This subterranean species was discoloured, its sensory silks were well developed and the eyes were extremely reduced and probably functional. The tracheae of its wing-cases (elytra) were well developed and it absorbed dissolved oxygen through its cuticle.Maas, P. 2006. Extinctions in Europe.
