Kika Mirylees

Kika Mirylees

Kika Mirylees (born 1955) is a British actress.

She has played Angela Snow in "The Darling Buds of May", and Doc Newton in "Red Dwarf".

Her guest roles include Zola Zbzewski in "Jonathan Creek", Sylvana Watson in "Taggart", Maria Huntly in "The Bill", and Barbara Wells in "Casualty".

But it is probably her role as Julie Johnston in "Bad Girls" that Kika is most famous for. She played the role from the very first episode shown back in 1999 to the most recent and final episode shown in December 2006.

On 5 January 2007, it was announced on GMTV that Kika has joined EastEnders as Hazel Hobbs, the mother of Garry. She made her first appearance in the soap on Tuesday, 10 April 2007.
