Homer H. Norton (December 30, 1896 - May 26, 1965) was a highly successful college football head coach. He coached at Centenary College of Louisiana for 10 years total. From 1934 to 1947, he coached at Texas A&M University and compiled an 82-53-9 record. That number gives him the second most wins in Texas A&M history. His career record stands at 141-73-18. He was fired in 1947, when his team went 3-8, and lost to Texas for the eighth straight year.

He played four different sports at Birmingham-Southern College, and played minor league baseball prior to becoming a head coach.

Norton was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1971.
