- Trans-Proteomic Pipeline
The Trans-Proteomic Pipeline (TPP) is a widely-used freely available
open source proteomics data analysis pipeline developed at theInstitute for Systems Biology (ISB) by theRuedi Aebersold group under the Seattle Proteome Center.
