The Saudi Zubayr Al-Rimi (lang-ar

) was a member of al-Qaeda and one of two people added to the United States FBI Seeking Information - War on Terrorism list before 8 October 2003. Other aliases included Abu Zubayor Al-Rimi, Abu Zubayr, Zubayr Al-Na'Mi, Ahmad Al-Na'Mi, and Ibrahim Al Subahi. Al-Rimi was married to Hanan Raqib, a Morrocan.

Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, in his controversial confession, said that he met Sultan Jubran Sultan al-Qahtani in Saudi Arabia, and that al-Qahtani instructed him to case nuclear facilities in the United States, as potential terrorist targets.
