This is a list of characters from the 3 Ninjas series, which consists of:

Main characters

Grandpa Mori Tanaka/Shintaro

*Played by Victor Wong, the only actor to appear in all 4 films.
*There is some dispute over Mori's last name. In "Kick Back" it is referred to as Shintaro, but it is widely assumed to be Tanaka seeing as that is his last name in the original. Grandpa of Rocky, Colt, & Tum-Tum. Father of Jessica Douglas. Father in Law of FBI Detective Douglas. He breaks his neck in the second movie. In the last movie, he is only shown in the beginning and the end.

Samuel "Rocky" Douglas Jr.

*Played by Michael Treanor in "3 Ninjas" and "3 Ninjas Knuckle Up".
*Played by Sean Fox in "3 Ninjas Kick Back".
*Played by Mathew Botuchis in "".The eldest 3 Douglas child who is the smart, shy, idealistic leader of the "3 Ninjas". He's 12 years old in the first movie.

Jeffrey "Colt" Douglas

*Played by Max Elliott Slade in the first three movies.
*Played by Michael O'Laskey II in "".The middle child of the Douglas family who has a bad temper and sword-wielding skills. He's 11 years old in the first movie.

Michael "Tum-Tum" Douglas

*Played by Chad Power in "3 Ninjas" and "3 Ninjas Knuckle Up".
*Played by J. Evan Bonifant in "3 Ninjas Kick Back".
*Played by James Paul Roeske II in "".He's the youngest Douglas child whom loves to eat.

Samuel Douglas Sr.

*Played by Alan McRaeThe short-tempered FBI father of the Douglas boys & husband of Jessica Douglas. He used to hate the boys doing karate with grandpa.

Jessica Douglas

*Played by Margarita FrancoThe loving mother of the Douglas kids & daughter of Mori Tanaka/Shintaro.

Dave Dragon

*Played by: Hulk HoganT.V. superhero from "" who has a team of ninjas that are spoofs of the Power Rangers.

*Played by Kate SargeantA friend and close neighbor of the Douglas family. She held a close relationship with "Rocky" evidenced by their frequent "phone can" conversations and their tendency to ride to school together on their bikes.

Lisa DiMarino
*Played by: Maital SabanSchool hottie, often causes Rocky to make big mistakes. She is not revealed to be his love interest in this film.

Miyo
*Played by: Caroline Junko KingThe ninja who beat Colt in a Ninja Tournament in Koga, Japan. She helps the boys with ninja while they teach her baseball. She also serves as Rocky's love interest and source of Colt and Tum-Tum's taunting "Rocky loves Mi-oh! Rocky loves Mi-oh!"
