next_route=461In the U.S. state of Kentucky, U.S. Route 460 runs from its western end in Frankfort southeasterly to the Virginia state line. East of Pikeville, it is part of Corridor Q in the Appalachian Development Highway System. The route is Main Street in the city of Georgetown. Before it was commissioned in the late 1940s, US 460 was Kentucky Route 40 from Lexington to Paintsville and Kentucky Route 4 from Millard to Virginia.
