Jimmy Stewart (Ohio politician)

Jimmy Stewart (R), a Full-time Legislator, represents the 92 Ohio House District Ohio House of Representatives. The 92 Ohio House District encompasses all of Athens County, Meigs County, Morgan County, and parts of Washington County. Representative Stewart is serving in his third term in the Ohio House. Representative Stewart acts as Chairman of the Human Services Subcommittee of Finance, and is on the following committees: Finance and Appropriations; Financial Institution, Real Estate and Securities; Healthcare Access and Affordability; and Public Utilities. He has announced his intentions to run for the State Senate seat being vacated by Joy Padgett in the 2008 election. He is facing opposition by Green Tim Kettler and Democrat Rick Shriver.
