Webel Mediatronics Limited

Webel Mediatronics Limited (WML) is a profit-making subsidiary of WEBEL, and is engaged in the development, manufacturing, and turnkey project execution in the areas of studio and broadcasting systems, industrial electronics, information technology applications, and various systems for the disabled. Based in West Bengal, India, it has in the last 10 years developed and commercialized a host of systems for visually impaired, cerebral palsy-affected, hearing handicapped, and autistic persons. WML has received a number of national awards for successfully executing technology development projects.

In recent years, WML is making aggressive attempt to develop international clients and has been successful in exporting a few systems. WML has a close working relationship with Prasar Bharati, the Indian Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Indian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, and renowned research institutes and universities in the country.
