Grange stone circle

Grange stone circle, near Lough Gur in County Limerick is the largest stone circle in Ireland. It is situated beside the Limerick-Kilmallock road. It was built at least as far back as 2000 BC. It is 46 m in internal diameter. Its purpose was most probably ritual.
