SEB Vilniaus bankas

AB SEB, a subsidiary of Swedish SEB Group, is a commercial bank of Lithuania. As of 2006, SEB Vilniaus Bankas is providing services to about "844 000" customers all over Lithuania.

SEB Vilniaus Bankas Group includes SEB Vilniaus Bankas AB and its network of 17 branches and 40 sub-branches and also seven subsidiary companies:
* SEB VB būsto bankas AB (Mortgage Bank),
* SEB VB gyvybės draudimas UAB (Life Insurance),
* SEB VB investicijų valdymas UAB (Investment management),
* SEB VB lizingas UAB (Leasing),
* SEB VB nekilnojamasis turtas UAB (Real Estate),
* SEB VB rizikos kapitalo valdymas UAB (Venture Capital),
* SEB Vilfima UAB (Corporate Finance).

On 18 January 2005, being a member of SEB Group since the year 2004, SEB Vilniaus Bankas acquired Bank Agio in Ukraine.
