DreamWorks Television is a television distribution and production company that is a division of DreamWorks SKG, a former subsidiary of Viacom-owned Paramount Pictures. The syndication rights to DreamWorks' live-action TV series were held by CBS Television Distribution until fall 2008, the successor to Paramount's TV unit owned by CBS Corporation. Now they are held by Disney-ABC Domestic Television, due to the movie studio's new distribution deal with Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (DreamWorks co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg had a falling-out with Disney prior to forming the studio). However, not all series will be distributed by Disney-ABC. CTD continues to distribute the animated library.
