Investigative Optimization Library

Investigative Optimization Library (shortly IOptLib) is a numerical library for development and testing of optimization algorithms.

"IOptLib" is a free open source ANSI C library aimed at efficient development of practical optimization algorithms, especially algorithms based on successive approximation of the objective and constraint functions combined with the restricted step approach.
