Space Cowboy is Parisian born producer Nick Dresti and protégé of Norman Cook.

In 2002, Space Cowboy released a UK hit single titled "I Would Die 4 U", topping the UK dance charts, and would have charted at number 10 in the UK Singles Chart, had it not been for an error with the CD format, made by the record company, that made it ineligible to chart.Fact|date=February 2008

Space Cowboy has worked with and remixed artists from The Darkness, Sir Paul McCartney, and his remix of Fergie's "Glamorous" reached No. 2 in the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Airplay Chart in May 2007.

His debut album "Across The Sky" was released on Fatboy Slim's label Southern Fried Records. In Japan it was released under Sony Music Japan where it was the third biggest selling electronica album of 2004.Fact|date=May 2008

In 2005 his second album "Big City Nights" was released on Space Cowboy's co-owned independent label Tiger Trax UK and Sony Music Japan.

"Digital Rock" is the third album from Space Cowboy.

Space Cowboy's latest single "My Egyptian Lover" features female rapper Nadia Oh and was playlisted on radio stations, including Radio 1, Kiss FM and Galaxy FM, with the hit video by James Sutton on frequent play on TV stations such as MTV. My Egyptian Lover was released in the UK on January 15 2007 and reached number 45 in the UK Singles Chart.

Space Cowboy officially signed to US label Interscope/Cherry Tree in mid-2007 with a re-released 'Digital Rock' album and productions forthcoming.

The name 'Space Cowboy' was a nickname picked up in the recording studios in the south of England. The name 'Space Cowboy' may come from the anime Cowboy Bebop, which features bounty hunters known as 'Cowboys' that travel the solar system. huh

In early 2008, Space Cowboy released a new single, titled "Something 4 The Weekend", again featuring vocals by Nadia Oh. The track became a dance hit in the UK, but was not released physically or digitally, except on the Nadia Oh's album "Hot Like Wow".

In 2008, Space Cowboy works with Lady GaGa on the track "Starstruck", included in the American edition of The Fame. Plus, some exctracts of his songs are in Lady GaGa's promotionnal videos.
