Tomás Orlando Pérez (born December 29, 1973, in Barquisimeto, Lara State, Venezuela) is a Major League Baseball infielder in the Houston Astros organization. He has previously played for the Toronto Blue Jays (by|1995-by|1998) and the Philadelphia Phillies (by|2000-by|2005). Pérez is a utility infielder who throws right-handed and switch hits.

Before landing in Philadelphia in 2000, Pérez had played for the Toronto Blue Jays from 1995 to 1998, where he was selected under the provisions of the Rule 5 draft. Pérez is considered to be versatile because of his ability to play all four infield positions. Pérez had his best year in by|2003.
