Harvey is one of the league's premier guards and brings experience, leadership and a hot shot to the Blaze.Harvey averaged almost 21 points per game last season, the eighth highest in the league.He was part of Perth's 1999-00 NBL championship and 2002-03 grand final appearance and won the league's most valuable player award in 2000-01.Between stints with the Wildcats and West Sydney, Harvey played in the Treviso summer league in Italy and in Israel with Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion.Harvey spent last season with the West Sydney Razorbacks alongside fellow Blaze recruits Scott McGregor and Mark Watkins (assistant coach) but started his NBL career with the Perth Wildcats.
