2003 Sudamericano Femenino

The 2003 Sudamericano Femenino was held between April 9 and April 27, 2003. It was originally scheduled to take place April 5 and April 16, 2002. It was the fourth staging of the Sudamericano Femenino and determined the CONMEBOL's qualifiers for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2003 - the winner Brazil and the runner-up Argentina.

Brazil got a bye to the second round after winning the previous tournament.
