Kátia Cilene Teixeira da Silva

Kátia Cilene Teixeira da Silva, generally known simply as Kátia in football circles (born February 18 1977 in Rio de Janeiro) is a female Brazilian footballer. She has played for France's Olympique Lyonnais (ladies) since January 2007. Previously, she played for the San Jose CyberRays of the WUSA (a now-defunct US women's professional football league). Also, Katia is a member of the Brazil women's national football team.
