Rowan Lee Mills (born 10 July 1970 in Mexborough, South Yorkshire, England), usually known as Lee Mills, was an English footballer who played as a striker.

He became Bradford City's first £1 million player when Paul Jewell purchased him from Port Vale in 1998. Mills made a large contribution to Bradford's promotion to the Premier League, becoming the club's top goalscorer in the 1998–99 season.

Sadley for the Bradford fans he was sold two years later for £1.35 million by Chris Hutchings to Portsmouth, their highest transfer fee at the time, in order to make way for Ashley Ward.
