Stefan J. M. Swanepoel (born Jan 5, 1958 in Kenya), is an American business executive, author and popular keynote speaker. He is CEO of RealtyU Group Inc and lives in Orange County, California.

Education

Swanepoel holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Pretoria, a Master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Johannesburg, and diplomas in arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, computer science and marketing.

Publications

Swanepoel has penned 14 books and reports, including the "Swanepoel Trends Report", an annual analysis of the changes and trends impacting the residential real estate business in the United States. The 2007 edition analyzed the 10 most significant trends impacting the real estate business in 2007, identifying “New Business Models and Paradigm Shift” as the fundamental business trend in the industry.
