Stephan Jacobus Swanepoel (also commonly Stefan; born December 2, 1981) is a Namibian cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and wicketkeeper.

Swanepoel first played for the Namibians at the Under-19s Cricket World Cup of 1998, and twice more at the same tournament in 2000 and 2002. He was present at the MCC's tour of Namibia in 2001, as well as the 2001 and 2005 ICC Trophies. He played at the Standard Bank Cup of 2002, the Six Nations Challenge of 2004, and the 2006 Intercontinental Cup.

Stephan Swanepoel is a veteran of over seventy-five Namibian fixtures.
